Now that the FCA's Business Plan has been issued, the Worksmart team (and guests) will be discussing and debating the critical regulatory topics for firms to consider in 21/22. Under the new leadership of Nikhil Rathi, CEO, this is the first Business Plan published under his leadership, and as such will be an interesting insight into how under his leadership, there are changes afoot.

Think data, think tech, think culture and its links to diversity and inclusion! Top that off with a new proposed Consumer Duty of Care to discuss and the links to potentially changing market supervision, and we think that we’ve got a full agenda of items to discuss and debate.

We know from feedback after our past events and broadcasts that firms and individuals gain value and comfort from evaluating their firm’s thinking through group discussion and debate with peers. So, join the Worksmart team, and our Chair for this event, Philip Allen, Founder of InnovateLearn for a lively discussion and update on the key regulatory issues noted in the Business Plan

Meeting agenda:

1) Welcome and introduction
2) Overview of the latest FCA Business Plan for 20/21
3) Discussion on Consumer priorities
4) Discussion of Cross Sectoral priorities arising
5) How can RegTech support the achievement of regulatory priorities

Panel Discussion - your chance to submit questions for debate and discussion in the wider group.
